If you don't know what I'm talking about, see my previous post on August 15 (sorry I'd link it but my computer is just not cooperating) .
I fully expected to see results, and I most definitely did:
Wait. I know what you're thinking. You're thinking: sweetheart, you don't look so great in that results picture.
And yes. You're right.
But there's a backstory.
Today's photo is what I look like after fighting a cold/the flu/Ebola for about four days. I feel like death.
But do I look like I'm on death's door? No.
Because I've been treating my skin-and my whole body really-like I should have been all along.
The challenge has really opened my eyes not just from a superficial perspective, but it's also helped me become much more in tune with my body.
I'm fairly confident I've been spending the last 5+ years of my life dehydrated. Drinking what seems like lots of water-but probably what I should have been doing all along- has been a definite game changer.
So while my before and after photos don't show the remarkable change my girl Cara's do (seriously, just when you thought she couldn't be any more gorgeous!), I'm telling you. The #soapbox challenge is totally worth it.
So what are you waiting for?
